Topic sentiment

Find where companies discuss a topic and measure the tone of the text around it — not the whole section. Net tone runs from −1 (uniformly negative) to +1 (uniformly positive), with negation handled ("no material risk" doesn't read as negative). Comma-separate synonyms to widen coverage, e.g. export controls, BIS restrictions, chip export rules.
